AI per Aziendefor installers

AI for installation companies: fewer wasted trips, a calmer schedule

Companies installing air conditioning, solar, alarms, CCTV or heat pumps across many customer sites can use AI to fit appointments together, see photos before the survey and load the right van. AI per Aziende, an Italian studio, builds these tools to order: they collect enquiries and photos, offer appointments from your crews' calendars and prepare the loading list for the next day; you approve quotes and job-done messages. Everything begins with a free intro call.

Where the day goes

  • The schedule lives in WhatsApp and your head

A customer messages, you reply 'does Thursday morning work?', they answer two days later when Thursday is already full. With several crews and dozens of installs a week, fitting everyone in by hand is a second job.

  • You arrive and a part is missing

The bracket is wrong, the cable is short, there's no dedicated circuit. One photo of the wall or the consumer unit would have shown it. Instead you drive back to the warehouse and lose half a day.

  • Daily routes made up on the fly

North in the morning, south after lunch, then back north because someone rescheduled. Every hour on the road is an hour you don't bill, and in peak season enquiries don't wait.

What the AI actually does

Enquiries that arrive with the right photos

An assistant on your website and WhatsApp replies to installation requests and asks straight away for what you need: address, floor, wall type, distance between units, photos of the mounting point and the electrical panel.

Example
A customer asks for a dual-split air conditioner. The assistant requests photos of the outside wall and balcony, the floor number and whether pipework is already in place. One look at the photos tells you if you need a scaffold tower.

Appointments offered from crew calendars

The tool checks each crew's free slots and offers the customer two or three dates that fit. Once they confirm, the job goes into the calendar and a reminder goes out the day before.

Example
On Tuesday evening Marco's crew has a gap on Thursday at 2 pm near another install. The new customer is offered that slot, accepts it on their own, and Thursday's route fills without a single call.

Daily route sorted by area

From confirmed jobs, the AI suggests the stop order for each crew, allowing for agreed times and expected duration. The scheduler checks it and moves things if needed.

Example
At 6 pm the owner gets tomorrow's proposal: crew A on the east side with four installs, crew B on the west with three plus a survey. He swaps one stop and confirms.

Loading list for every van

For each confirmed job the tool adds up units, brackets, pipe, trunking and fittings, and prepares the list to load the night before, van by van.

Example
Before locking up, the storekeeper prints crew B's list: three 12,000 BTU outdoor units, two floor brackets, 25 metres of copper pipe, one condensate pump. Nobody drives back tomorrow.

Job-done message and photos for the customer

When an install is finished the crew sends photos and notes in chat. The AI drafts the customer message with a summary and basic instructions. You approve it and it goes.

Example
At 4 pm the crew finishes a rooftop solar install and sends photos of the inverter and isolator. The owner gets a draft for the customer with the photos attached, reads it and sends it.

How we get started

Three steps, and the first one is a no-strings conversation.

  1. 1

A free call about your crews' week

On a half-hour online call, show us how you fill the schedule and load the vans today, and we find where the hours go. If it can be fixed without AI, we'll tell you how.

  2. 2

A prototype on next week's jobs

We start from the installs already in your calendar and build the first version on those: enquiries, scheduling, loading lists. You see straight away whether it adds up.

  3. 3

    Rollout with the crews

Crews keep using the phones they already have. Over the first weeks we tune times, areas and materials with you, then we keep it maintained.

Why AI per Aziende

You approve what matters

Job-done messages and quotes pass through you before they go, and you choose which bookings to review before they're confirmed. On its own, the assistant answers simple questions and offers free dates, using your information.

Built for your kind of install

An air-conditioning installer and an alarm installer need different photos, materials and timings. We build custom software, so we start from your work, not a generic template.

Few steps for people on the move

We design for people on ladders and in loft spaces: messages, voice notes and photos from the phone. No long forms to fill in at the end of the day.

Frequently asked questions

What software do installers use to schedule jobs?

Plenty of installers still run on WhatsApp, a shared calendar and a spreadsheet; others use field service software. The hard part isn't the tool, it's the juggling: offered dates, confirmations, reschedules, materials. A custom tool offers crews' free slots, collects the customer's confirmation and sends the reminder, while you keep control of the calendar.

How do I stop turning up without the right materials?

Ask for the information before the visit, not on site. The assistant handling the enquiry requests photos of the mounting point, the panel and the access, plus floor and distances. From confirmed jobs the tool then builds the loading list van by van, ready to check the evening before the crews set off.

Does the AI plan crew routes by itself?

It suggests, it doesn't decide. Using confirmed jobs, times agreed with customers and the expected length of each install, the AI proposes a stop order for every crew and groups it by area. The owner or scheduler reviews it, moves what doesn't work and confirms. Crews then get the final route on their phones.

Does it work for solar, alarm and air-conditioning installers?

Yes, because we build it around the type of installation you do. What changes is the questions for the customer, the photos to request, the materials to load and the typical job length. On the intro call we start from the installs you do most often and set the tool up for those, with nothing extra on screen.

Can customers book their installation online?

Yes, by choosing from the free dates the tool offers based on crew calendars and location. Before a booking is final you can choose to review the request yourself, for example on larger jobs. The day before, the customer gets a reminder and can let you know if they need to move the appointment.

How much does an AI tool for an installation company cost?

For an installation company the price depends on how many crews you run and what you want covered: just customer enquiries, or scheduling, routes and materials too. That's why there's no single price. On the free intro call we look at how you work and then give you a clear figure, before we build anything at all.
